Rock & Road Festival

For at least one weekend every year, Coweta county is the capital of cycling in Georgia. From mountain biking, century riding and criterium watching to soapbox derby racing and music listening, you can get it all in one community. For the first time this year, a “crit race” has been added as well as a Soap Box Derby race – both thru the streets of downtown Newnan.

This multifaceted event is held in April and kicks off with the annual Tour of Coweta Century Ride, featuring multiple routes in 25-, 47-, 63- and 100-mile rides. The Rock & Road Festival, hosted around the downtown Newnan square, is open to the public and features live music, food trucks, vendors and craft beverages. Grab the family and come out for a fun-filled, fast-paced and adrenaline pumping weekend!
