The complex features a gymnasium, two outdoor basketball courts, two pavilions and a playground. It also hosts the Clay-Wood Community Center with a banquet room, kitchen, conference room and computer lab.

The 80-acre Coweta County Fairgrounds opened in 2001 as a premier facility designed for multiple event staging.

The Conference Center includes over 6,000 square feet of meeting space that seats up to 400 with an adjacent catering kitchen. The property also features a 10,000 square foot Ag building, outdoor theater space with a stage and a seven-acre midway to host a variety of large, outdoor event. Do your attendees like being in nature? The James E. McGuffey Nature Center boasts of walking trails and a covered pavilion for seating up to 40 people.

Grayson’s Steak & Seafood’s private dining room, The Green Room, is a completely private dining area with audio/visual available. This area is perfect for pharmaceutical presentations, meetings, rehearsal dinners, celebrations or any private event. This room typically seats up to twenty guests comfortably.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the 1904 classic revival courthouse anchors Coweta’s town square. Its dome rises 100 feet above street level, and a four-face tower clock chimes the hour. The dome is covered with 13,500 pounds of copper to match the cornice, pediments and railings. The courthouse is also the site of the infamous “Murder in Coweta County” trial.

Today, with renewed interest in the structure and the community, the Depot is now a part of the Newnan-Coweta Historical Society and serves as an ideal venue for weddings, social events, meetings and exhibition space.

Line Creek Brewing Co’s third location, The Reserve, offers something for all tastes with 24 taps including funky one-offs, barrel-aged brews, and experimental beers in addition to featuring the core, year-round offerings from their production facility and taproom in Peachtree City. The spacious taproom features an indoor stage for live music, plus a covered patio, outdoor area, and large stage for outdoor events and local musicians. For special occasions such as birthdays, engagement celebrations, retirement parties, corporate gatherings, etc., they provide a private room to rent with the ability to seat up to 50 people inside with access to a private section of the covered patio.
