Sports & Recreation

Want to stay active? You’ve come to the right spot. Grab your paddle and head over to The House of Pickleball (affectionately called the HOP), which features 15 public courts and free, monthly clinics for beginners. If flying discs are more your speed, make your way to the Hunter Complex to try out Coweta’s brand-new, professionally designed, 18-hole disc golf course.

Visitors can feed their inner treasure hunter through geocaching. Nearly all of the county’s parks and recreation facilities contain caches. If the water is calling you, take your kayak on the Chattahoochee River and explore over five miles of river frontage in Chattahoochee Bend State Park.
