Parks & Outdoors

We’re big fans of a good daybreak — dawn, dusk or brunch. Seriously, whether you’re into hiking at daylight, paddling at twilight or toasting at high noon, Coweta County will fill your cup, bottle, flute, koozie or whatever you’re into.

From Chattahoochee Bend State Park, a naturalist’s dream that features over 3,000 picturesque acres, to the LINC, a multipurpose network of paved paths, there is no shortage of outdoor adventures to be had. Visitors can bike, hike, kayak, throw (a disc), float, volley (a ball), skate or simply enjoy the fresh air and open spaces throughout Coweta County. Cyclist enthusiasts can expand their experience with the Chatt Valley Bike Trails that cover a handful of counties and offer road cycling, mountain biking and even gravel cycling.
