Grizzard, who spent his childhood in Moreland, eventually became almost inseparable from Moreland in his life and his stories. He is one of the most popular and best-known Southern humorists. The museum houses Grizzard’s personal effects from his youth, as well as professional memorabilia, such as his typewriter.
