This complex boasts a gymnasium with two classrooms and a weight room, eight baseball/softball fields, two tennis courts, two outdoor pickleball courts, a football field, a pavilion, a playground and a walking trail. It also hosts the Johnny Brown Building with a multipurpose court.

House of Pickleball, or The Hop, is a newly opened 12-court pickleball facility located near downtown Newnan. The Hop is a city of Newnan public facility and may be enjoyed by all. Pickleball is a paddleball sport that combines elements of badminton, table tennis, and tennis. Two or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, much like a wiffle ball, with 26 to 40 round holes, over a net.
